Ring us and we will come back and look at it. Licensed work in New South Wales carries a statutory warranty, and we are insured on top of that, so you are covered either way.

Yes, for any notifiable plumbing or drainage work. We lodge the Notice of Work before we start and issue the Certificate of Compliance when the job is finished. That certificate names us as the responsible person and is what your conveyancer, insurer or strata committee will ask for later.
